“Well stocked store. Staff helpful however the head sets they wear are slightly unnerving as they are constantly chatting to each other and you feel a bit awkward interrupting. Lots of offers which change regularly and further saving to be made via a loyalty scheme. Kerbside parking or council car parks. One way system in high street. Full disability access throughout.”

Without a doubt the best pharmacy I’ve ever visited ranging from the excellent and friendly customer service from all members of their staff and willingness to accommodate when in all honesty the fault was on me for my poor organisation. “After reading so many praises for Boots own cosmetics i decided to have a look. A small store but appears to have all you need. The Boots skincare section is very well organized with all products described well for their function and when to use for best results, i was very happy with this clear explanation right at the front of the box. Normally you read these from the instructions hid inside. I cannot really comment on other sections of the store as this is only one I looked at. The lady serving me could be bit more ... Lively? Polite? It was just snappy answers: is that all?/Boots card?/£15.89 with that snappy, emotionless tone bit I'm sure not all cashers are like that and she just might have had a bad day.. still it did put a cloud on mine too!”
