Absolutely amazing dishes at this establishment, very friendly, professional and helpful staff members! My first time dining at an Italian restaurant, safe to say La Vela has set the bar very high! I would definitely take the trip to dine out here again!!

Visited while in holiday
From the start the service was amazing, because they knew we were celebrating our anniversary they decorated our table, which was such a beautiful touch
Food was full of flavour and cooked with passion

Absolutely stunning restaurant, extremely friendly and helpful staff and beautiful food. We travel to Burnham on Sea for a weekend break about 2 or 3 times a year and only started going here this year. Now we book before we even start travelling. Place is always full so you need to bookwhich speaks volumes. A***** restaurant.

Last night of a caravan holiday in Somerset.
Very busy but found us a table for two.
The food was delicious, I even had a dessert which was absolutely gorgeous.

Ordered a ham and mushroom pizza and had to wait 35 minutes for it. Was told i had to spend £25 or else i had to pay with cash. Waited in the restaurant that was empty and the staff were quite miserable and speaking italian. When the pizza came it looked like 2 large pieces of raw meet had been slapped on top and it was the skinniest pizza i have ever had in my life. No flavour to it whatsoever. I will never again buy food at this restaurant. I am on holiday in the area and have never written reviews but felt so disappointed by what i had that i felt i had to leave one. I wish i had gone to the takeaway next door
