Returned today from a saver break with my Son for his 3rd birthday long weekend. I?ve seen some reviews which are inbetween. However as a single parent I found the park friendly and the staff were fantastic. The accommodation was clean and even made up early for us. We had birthday breakfast at the mash and barrel and staff were helpful and good service. Easy to book on the app and we enjoyed our swimming slots. The seaside squad and tots disco made his holiday. The Apex park literally next door is great for little feet! Highly recommend.Nearby activities: Apex wildlife and playground

Not even arrived yet and already having a terribly experience.The app is an absolute nightmare to use and everything has to be booked through it.My parents who have organised the trip had booked slots for swimming and restaurant tables only to have all the bookings canceled and now all the slots have been taken up and according to the info that it, no chance to use the pool now.I may increase score if it does end up being an enjoyable time and if the pool booking system isn't actually as bad as it seems but honestly think we would have been better looking elsewhere.

Noisy, unattractive site filled to the brim with units and a bit of a concrete jungle. There were quite a few unsavoury types of younger rowdies here which is intimidating. Not a Haven for older holidaymakers.

Very good location and lots to do. Has some lakes as well, which were a little wet. Haven lovely as always!

We had a wonderful time. The only complaint I have is that I can't rate the lifeguards as my granddaughter was struggling to get up to the top from the slide and instead of jumping into help they just blew a whistle I was always under the impression that lifeguards were there to help when in distress.

Lovely park but don't book bronze caravan, no path leading up to it and no parking outside you caravan. Not good in wet weather.

Came here for 4 nights, 30/10/23 - 3/11/23. Bronze grade caravan that we stayed in was very nice. Arcade was cool but the cashless arcade was quite complicated. The food at the Mash and Barrel was okay, but service could have been better. Close to the sea front, but tide was out most of the time. Overall, good holiday village. Would come back here again.
