Attended for the vaccines not now given on the NHS, service was excellent by reception staff and the Pharmacist who did the jabbing, very easy and no discomfort
Charges what I expected for private vaccinations, my recommendation for vaccination services!

I have to use this pharmacy on a regular basis due to needing ongoing medication. I order my repeat prescription electronically in advance from my GP but this branch never seem to have it ready to collect within the allocated time frame. It's either not been downloaded so I have to return on another occasion to pick it up or I'm owed items as there's insufficient stock. This is not due to Covid 19 but an issue since we moved to the area 18 months ago.

Two stars for the very helpful lady on the phone on the 17/09/19 but have deducted 3 stars for the extremely rude unhelpful member of staff on the phone on the 18/09/19.. Maybe this lady would like to remember that she may know what my prescription is but she knows nothing about my illnesses or how they affect my ability to do things . In the near future I will be looking for another chemist to deliver my prescription.
