Asked for solpadine with gout caffeine
Assist and F nose had no Idea called for help and told they all have caffeine except soluble
Worked out my self there was plus and max and max would be ok
Ado needed tablet no capsules
Gave me little time , I speak a bit slow
But if I can figure it out from customer side of counter. Surely staff can
No time to look read , did no know asked for hep othe staff member did not know

My wife wanted some rist supports, she was served by a lady called Sarah, the help given was exceptional to supply the correct product ,the time taken and kindnesses was above what my wife received and expected. Well done to Sarah God Bless xxx. Delphine Baker Worcester.

I paid the cashier (Denise on receipt) by cash, placing it in her hand. I held my hand out to recieve my change and the cashier avoided my hand to put my change on the counter. I find this very rude.

Lovely lady's at boots in brunham on sea I left my tables at home in the west midland the lady's in boots help me to get some my tables why I was on holiday it reminded me as lad in 1970s when I with my mom going to shops 100% helping people out

Tried to call about an important prescription. I spent three hours trying get through on the telephone they just didn't answer. If they're too busy to answer the phone they need more staff. Absolutely disgusting. I still need to get my prescription sorted. Maybe I'll get through tomorrow.
