Contacted them about renting out my 4 bed detached home at 9am (12th June).Was advised that Debbie was on the phone and gave my contact details.Debbie called me back at 3.40pm and I advised her I had found another agent.So ask yourself this, if they take over 6hrs to respond to an intial enquiry, how will they do the rest of it...in their own sweet time no doubt?The other agent not only called me back within 20 minutes but crucially also visited my home to assess the rental value within 3hrs...that's what I call good customer service ?When I do come to sell my property in a few years I shall steer clear of A&F as clearly they aren't up to it.

Recently sold our family home in Purley. Good local estate agents who were always helpful, approachable and quick to respond to questions and any issues. House was initially valued by Ben Gershon who was knowledgable about the area and very professional. Thereafter mainly dealt with Ryan Davies who was very friendly, helpful and genuine. Would recommend.

My husband and I viewed several properties with this estate agency in late Autumn. We found all the properties to be over priced for their location and state of repair. The staff member who accompanied us must have been a car salesman in a previous life as he was smarmy and condescending plus his personal hygiene had a lot to be desired. He tried to convince us that one property wasn't overlooked when it was almost possible to touch the houses on both sides and at the rear. In a second, he was adamant only a bit of TLC was required where the house had its original bathroom suite, kitchen and wallpaper from the 1960's which were all past their best.

After all the bad publicity, they have not learnt anything. The boss is a rude arrogant man and talks so much rubbish. Avoid if you have any sense. Would have given no stars if there was an option.

I have let my property for five years with Abbott and Frost. They found great tenants and provided an excellent service. When necessary, they arranged for goood professionals to carry out repairs at a reasonable cost. I am really happy with the service they have provided, nothing is too much trouble for them.

This firm recently let my property in Burnham on Sea. They were helpful, efficient and quick to respond. Best of all they got me what I consider as a first class tenant within 48 hours of the property being listed! A quality performance in my view ð??
