Gardens are excellent (as are the allotments opposite where a few benches would be very useful for picnic lunches). The bacon roll served up to 11.30 am is very good value - we skip the rest of the menu feeling it is over-priced. The art, well I guess that is a matter of taste. Normally we like it, but this time, well, it's just not for me at all! The fact that the art and gardens are free is an absolute treat!

Unusual place, with art, gardens, shop and restaurant. Spent an enjoyable few hours, and managed to match one of the artworks ?

The gardens definitely 5 star. The art is words fail me. I would give it a - 5. Weird, sickening, horrendous. Possibly in line with the children's fable of The Emperor New Clothes. That no one wants to speak up and say it as it is!! My advice is skip the gallery and enjoy the garden.

Stumbled across this by accident as not well signed as to what it was but could tell it was popular by the car park. Incredible place farmshop, restaurant art exhibitions and a wonderful relaxing garden for free in the middle of the countryside.

What a fascinating place!Great farm shop with quality products. ?Art gallery was quirky with varied installations. Art is in the eye of the beholder, so I felt some exhibits Great others were strange!Cafe has tables outside which was pleasant on the sunny ? day I visited. Thought £5 for a slice of cake was excessive even though it tasted great.

We visit Hauser & Wirth regularly with each change in exhibition. The building is carefully considered and detailed which makes for a great backdrop to some of the best exhibitions in this part of the country. The Oudolf Field gardens are great to see in every season. It?s well worth a trip fo sho.

Louise bourgeois exhibition was lovely, and bits I?d not seen before. The other exhibitions were also inspiring especially the environmental one in the shed. The gallery itself is always beautiful, as are the gardens.

Really beautiful set up. Lovely gallery, amazing light. Great gardens with quirky pavilion at the end of the garden. The farm shop is posh - Waitrose with steroids. The restaurant and bar looked very cool.In short this place is CLASSY

A beautiful gallery, architecturally interesting, with delightful gardens and a rather excellent farm shop including a wide selection of produce - can especially recommend their deliscious Victoria sponge cake, yum! But back to the gallery - a very pleasant space with friendly staff and an array of fine exhibitions. We caught the Henry Moore exhibition which is well worth seeing.

Visit specifically to see the Henry Moore exhibition. This place is a real gem, lovely gallery spaces and a beautiful garden to the rear. There is also farm shop and restaurant / bar all on the same site. Access is good with plenty of parking and everything on one level. Overall a great place to visit and the gallery is free entry!
