Excellent service. Refitted a diamond that came loose in my engagement ring and tightened the rest of the stones. Returned in beautiful condition and it was gleaming. I have just had my wedding ring reshaped after squashing it and it?s been returned to me as good as the day I had it. I?m so happy they were able to so this for me and you would never have known it was ever squashed.

At Wilkins the jewellers that I visited recently I was served very efficiently and Wilkins are a lovely family run independent company who look after their staff and customers.

I can highly recommend this jewellers.. the 2 lovely ladies who served me were extremely helpful. I was given a watch with a leather strap as a gift but the strap was too big and needed extra holes..the lady was able to do this for me while I waited and took no time at all. Excellent customer service and a very happy customer? I will definitely go back!!

What a fantastic service Wilkins Jewellers offers. I had a couple of ladies watches requiring new batteries or so I thought.I took them to Wilkins Jewellers completely Covid safe. Both had corroded terminals, one was cleaned and there was sufficient charge in the battery not to be changed the other was too badly corroded and was beyond economical repair.Astounding for this service there was no charge not even for the labour element . What fantastic service.Thank you.

Asked Wilkins Jewellers if they could replace batteries in two ladies watches. They were very accommodating in arranging for me to drop them off Covid secure.
The expectations was this would take no longer than 20 mins, true to their word after 20 mins I was contacted via a telephone call with some good news and some bad news. The good news was that one of the watches had corroded contacts which they had cleaned and noted that the battery didn't need replacing. The bad news was the other watch had suffered moisture damage due possibly to being left in a steamy environment or similar. Their advice was that the second watch was not worth repairing due to the value of the repair against the value of the watch.
For this fantastic service there was no charge despite the labour element.
I couldn't recommend them more.
