Excellent service today from Leigh. Leigh has helped me enroll for Vodafone broadband. I started off with one sim and now have 2 and broadband with Vodafone and Leigh has been a great pleasure to deal with on all occasions.

If i could give 0 stars i would, the employees at vodaphone refused to fix or replace my brothers phone that came with faulty charging, they told us that data could not be transferred to a new iphone with is a blatant lie and shows that they don't know a thing about technology, they also told us that the very slight scuff marks void the warranty which is also a ridiculous claim, vodaphone insurance rep over the phone said she doesnt know why he said those things, neither claim is true, if you're planning to have anything to do with vodaphone, DON'T

Amazing service once again from Vodafone Bridgwater. Walked away with a cracking deal. New phone,new tablet and cheaper broadband. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Amazing experience in store today with my mum.Me and my mum came into store and was greeted with a friendly smile by zay and explained she was new and couldn't do anything but herself yet but offered us a coffee and that another advisor would be with us shortly.There was a little wait but Leigh and zay said it shouldn't be too much longer to wait now.We sat down with mike and he was super helpful with what we trying to achieve for my mum's deal as she was not getting hardly anything from the sim she was on. He managed to get a fantastic sim deal for her at almost half the price she's already paying ( for nothing much she can get on it) and she has so much more for her money now. Super explanatory, really helpful and found her the best deal. Although we didn't go with the broadband offer, it's something we're looking into and if we do decide to then we will definitely go into store and see Mike again if that's what we chose. He wasn't pushy and still managed to get an amazing deal for my mum which I'm grateful for. She's now super happy with her huge amount of gigabytes and she can now listen to music without it cutting out in a minute.Highly recommend this team! And I hope Zay stays and does well with her training as she has such perfect customer service and a smile she's going to do great in there ? thanks again. X
