Great stop over hotel at the motorway services. The girl on reception was super friendly and helpful. And showed us straight away things like extra tea and coffee was always at reception to take what you need. We also borrowed a free iron and ironing board which was no trouble at all. The room for 3 adults had 2 smaller single camp style bed and 1 double bed. They were all big enough and comfortable. The rooms were cleaned perfectly. The bathroom was large and had a bath and shower. The view of the trees was nice and to be honest you could barely even heard the motorway which was surprising when it was so close. There was no restaurant with the hotel but there is a lovely big Costa downstairs and also a Greggs kiosk for cheap bites. The robot vacuum cleaner we saw wizzing around was a great idea ?

Pretty run down tbf. But.. Didn't hear any noise and I was over the entrance, no road noise. Heard a few doors slamming shut but other than that.. Rooms appeared clean, help yourself to extra tea/coffee at the travel Lodge reception. Definitely not hesitate to stay there on a budget again.

Conveniently off M5 , staff friendly. Only fault I found was that there are no plug sockets at side of bed, yes there?s usb sockets but no actual plug sockets. I needed to have a bi pap machine plugged in to help breathing throughout the night asked at reception and was told they would look for an extension lead but to no avail. Yes we managed but it was a struggle. I really feel that this needs attention.
Service station food best bit was Greggs breakfast

Stayed here and was a good stay over staff are amazing and Richard does a great job considering it is in middle of motorway services so noise from outside not his fault however staff make up for that

Lovely staff but the bed as per all travelodge has a sag in the middle. Noisy window seals

I'm on a business trip, and am out all day.
The room is nice, there is a Costa, and M&S and a Burger King on the grounds of the Travelodge, Petrol Station too, just off the M5.

We stayed here for a couple of nights while we got our specialist bike serviced in Bridgwater. It?s in a funny location, basically a service station. But parking is free and the customer service from reception is brilliant. Liam is super helpful as are all the other guys even though we didn?t get their names. The room is a good size and it?s quiet overnight until after 5am when traffic starts to pick up. It is a good base to set off from to visit Cheddar Gorge too, which is only 30 mins away! We would definitely stay here again when we get our bike serviced next year.

Hotel rooms colder than an iglu, pingu would be warmer in Antartica. Service is terrible too short staffed and ignorant when we requested a heater. No heaters available all in use and they no thermostats are broken

One of the best places to stay if you?re looking for a cheap accommodation.

I went there and asked if they had any rooms and they were quite rude on the intercom. Felt like I'd asked them for money ?
