We had such great help and advice off Steve today. We had no clue on what to get or do as the tile we needed wasnt available. I shared some photos and he helped us match with other tiles in the bathroom. Made us feel at ease and very professional. If you visit this store, ask for Steve. Im sure other staff are equally as friendly and professional.

Quick visit to find a tile that were not in stock at other suppliers. Found exact match and lots of modern and classic tiles on site, even stone looking tiles. I was impressed and they have good prices too

Thanks to Dave, Pete, Nathan & Steve for your patience, friendly, relaxed & genuinely superb customer service throughout our many visits in trying to choose the tiles we would use to cover the entire floor of our bungalow. Special thanks to Dave in advising both on tiles, cement, grout & costings & delivery. We also ended up with outside tiles for small patio.
Thanks so much - made the whole thing so less stressful - no sales pressure, just good humour and genuine help - faultless.

Very helpful staff at Bridgwater Branch,we purchased various samples and returned for refund with no quibble ,We finally chose the Broadway ivory floor tiles which look superb.We were left with one pack which we purchase from WSM as fitter was concerned he might run out over bank holiday.Then we lost the receipt to return but Weston-super-Mare sorted us a copy and we got the pack refunded at Bridgwater .Staff are professional and helpful so 10 out of 10 for products and staff
