I recently visited Timpsons located in Sainsburys Bridgwater for heel repairs to my shoes. The actual repair was surprisingly fast, the customer service was the best I have had in years, I was met by a friendly, chatty man who explained how to maintain my shoes going forward. Great service, great customer experience, I would highly recommend Timpsons Bridgwater

My key for my hilux snapped in half in my pocket whilst working on steart marshes. I gave the assistant (clerk0001 7/3/23) both halves. He cut me a fresh key from that, and swapped the chip over. The key worked first time. Saved me from a needing a new ignition barrel
