Ordered a small memory sign for our cat which we lost at the beginning of August.Ordered it on acrylic. Went into store numerous of times, finally got it but on the wrong stuff it was brass. Wasn't what we ordered, tried again for the second attempt they then made spelling mistakes after we had gone through words god knows how many times with the man. In the end gave up as it was the end of November at this point. They still took us 2 more visits to try and get a refund!Definitely won't be using again as this took 4 months. Would not recommend

I took my trainers in on the off chance of getting them repaired. The young behind the counter who I?ve had dealings with before, was very honest in telling me he may not be able to do anything for me. But told me to give him 5 min. On my return he gave me my trainers back, which he had tried to mend. I asked how much and he said nothing, as he hadn?t done much. To me this is delivering excellent customer service, as what he done didn?t warrant a cost and he never tried to stitch me up, sorry about the pun. I hope him doing a good deed doesn?t get him in trouble! I?m a retired area manager from licensing/hospitality industry and as I said before, excellent customer service.

My experience with this branch of Timpsons was superb !! I had a key cut for my Renault Clio which had to be programmed. Jamie explained the whole process clearly on how to program the new key. It took approximately 20 minutes from start to finish. I can't fault the service I received. The cost was £75 which is a lot cheaper than calling out one of the mobile car key companies.

Thought I?d pop in quickly after shopping to get a new battery for my car key. I asked the guy if he knew how to open the key which he did in less than 3 seconds. He then asked if I wanted a new battery which I said yes. I thought he was extremely helpful until I was charged an extra £6 for that 3 seconds work! If at any point I was told about the ridiculous charge I would of said no. The battery itself was ridiculously over priced too! Certainly won?t be getting my custom again
