Good little shop. Has a lot of seasonal items throughout the year. Always quick to be served. Tend to have a everything in stock. Struggle with paint being in stock, but always able to get it in the end.

Awful awful customer service! 3 members of staff around tills, about 7 customers in line for the one till open.We waited 10 minutes, while two members of staff were chatting. One staff finally opened a till, ignoring us.
Not to mention we were a family with small child, older citizen and one pregnant lady.
Unless you want to be discriminated and treated like rubbish, do not come to this store.

Who needs Knightsbridge when you can pop over to Bridgwater. A kind of Harrods for a certain kind of shopper. Like the local M5 services you know what to expect and acceptance is the key

Ordered items online for click and collect. Online it said it was in stock. Drove to collect said items. Customer service said they havent had their delivery. They were adament that a cancelation email was sent to me, and then tried saying my online purchase hadnt even gone through! (Good job I screen shot everything). Asked to speaking to a Manager as staff dont get paid enough for this type of a headache on a saturday.
Manager then phoned and spoke to customer care who done a refund without my acknowledgment when i had asked for like for like with similar item instead. Only after management spoke to customer care did he inform me that they had already refunded me and there was nothing they can do to assist me.
This is far from the first time ive had issues with click and collect with the range in bridgwater branch. Had i of known that it wasnt wilko anymore! I would of just shopped else where.
Apologies to the staff as this isnt a rant toward you guys so much. But stock control needs to be sorted properly. Saves everyone a headache

Loads of stuff at decent prices just lacks something staff do not seem to be happy and in my experience particularly unhelpful based on a few visits, but good selection of stock.

Great store, it's just very difficult to navigate the aisles with a pushchair or a trolley

Labels on the shelves are expired so when u pay u get overcharged or the offer does not come up - have had to. Go back 4 times in the past year to change the receipts- ALWAYS keep the receipts and staff have no clue some of them don?t know how to access the system to change the amounts love the items they have but don?t understand why they are so lax

Um what can you say about the Range the Bridgwater shop it's most probably the same as all the rest, full of stuff.
The Range is a modern version of Woolworths (not a bad comparison from my memories).

Friendly, helpful staff, excellent parking, and access.
A lady called Julie couldn't have been nicer or more helpful she's a credit to the business.
