Tamlyns managed my rental property for 2 years without issue at a reasonable fee. They also acted as my agent when I eventually sold the house, and did their role adequately.In managing the property they were honest throughout, leaving both me as the landlord and the tenants quite content. They kept good track of landlord liabilities, and recommended tradesmen to complete routine and emergency repairs impartially.Communication is good, though sometimes quite brief.

Tamlyns took us step by step through the house selling process. A buyer was found within two days, and this progressed all the way to contract exchange.The Estate Agent that looked after our selling was Souhir Bsais (Sou) who was exceptional in helping everything go smoothly. She performed very well in her role as Negotiator to promptly gain an agreed price between parties, for the property. Sou also went well beyond the basics; the 'extra mile', including contact with the tenant who needed some extra support. The end result is that I will confidently continue using Tamlyns with any other selling or purchasing of property in the future.

Worst company, stay away. They steal your money, you know, the money that you work hard for, and that you need in these tough times!!!! Not giving some of your hard earned deposit back for the most ridiculous things!!! (Tamlyns don?t even bother commenting on this, you are liars and I can?t be arsed to read it.)I could write SO many things on this review but I cannot be bothered to keep wasting my time on them.Just, STAY AWAY.

By Far the worst letting agency in the Area.Will treat you with utter contempt when you want to leave and then try to sting you for unfair and excessive charges at the end of you tenancy. Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely vile company with rude agents, they will work with landlords to evict you if you dare to complain. Their license should be revoked, and some also will be judged in the court of law. Accepting landlord's instructions to discriminate also amounts to discrimination

Tamlins fail to treat damp and mould. Both of these can be life threatening. You can sue your landlord and tamlyns for failure to comply with their basic duty. The law is on your side. They are obliged to re-home you or compensate you. The manager of tamlyns must be honest with you... no always the case. Record all conversations with her and the company as they have a knack of back tracking. Their grasp of the legal process is sketch at best. THE HOUSING LAW IS ON YOUR SIDE! Please don't feel threatened by them.
