“Been a while since I'd been into WHSmith, decided not to do any of my shopping online this year and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was inside. I'm sure I could have had the books I'd bought slightly cheaper online, but I got my dad another bill Bryson book and I was able to flick through a couple and pick one. You can't do that online. The self service till also made it easier and quick. Good experience 👔
