My Mum and I called into the sports direct Bridgwater for a pair of trainers to fit with a foot brace.
Amanda Nicholas approached us asking if we were ok, my Mum explained what she required due to the Brace Amanda hunted the stock room and wouldn?t leave us.
My Mum found a pair she found comfortable and also looked very nice.
Amanda?s customer service skills and caring went over and above Sports direct are very lucky to have her.

Was about to spend £300 but no changing room ? never ever been to a clothing shop with no changing room, and they wonder why the high street shops suffer and people buy online? go figure

Selling clothes and not offering a cash refund if the size is wrong is absolutely bang out of order. This company is just a legitimised scam, avoid at all costs!

Everything fine, except for the blonde foreign lady I asked for help, seemed to be massively inconvenienced by me asking for a certain shoe size. Never been served with such an attitude, I was absolutely shocked. She was rude, abrupt, and huffed & puffed when she brought us the wrong size. You?d think she worked in Gucci not sports direct!! Awful attitude & makes the company look bad

I wanted to buy a pair of runners, waiting for staff for assistance asked twice. If it was busy, I would have understood, but it was very quiet, staffs don't bother to service at all, staff just standing talking to each other.

Terrible service. Ordered a halogen heater and the idiots couldn't even put the stand in the box. There is no stand therefore the heater is completely useless. I paid extra money for 24 hour delivery charge and they can't even send me the item I ordered. ?
