The young lady who performed the first appointment was a sweetheart. Very kind and patient. The ophthalmologist was excellent, very attentive, and also very patient. I loved it!

Awful customer service, sat in traffic for 20mins, rang to say I was going to be late. They told me I couldn't be more than 10mins late I arrived exactly 10mins late and they refused to see me. And was rude. Awful experience never again

Went to choose new frames today and was greeted by Caroline at the very busy front desk .Her friendly approach,service and knowledge of lens options was exemplary , as was her advice and help in making the best choice of frames .
All this while checking in many others with appointments..

Took a while to get used to a piece of new equipment, which took I while to work out and a think, as a customer just needed a few minor adjustments for me to understand why I had to take the test more than once. Otherwise, all good, well pleased.
Would thoroughly recommend Specsavers.

Went this morning to pick up glasses for distance and glasses for reading. The lenses in the glasses for distance seem fine but the lenses for my reading glasses are totally wrong and this is the second time this has happened. First time was in a different Specsavers store. Telephoned them as soon as I got home when I tried using the reading glasses with my computer and everything was blurred, only to be told that there was quite a jump in my prescription and my eyes just needed to get used to them, give them time to adjust! I dont need time to allow my eyes to adjust, I think I know my own eyes and the prescription is wrong. Had to make another appointment to hopefully get things sorted and get the right prescription.
Felt my eye test the previous week was a bit rushed perhaps that's why I've ended up with the wrong prescription.
Front of house staff are very helpful.
Follow up visit this morning, what a waste of time, I thought that I'd made an appointment with an optician, that was the impression I got, instead it was a front of house person, who could see the prescription I had and the new one that I'd been given, explained that I now had to sit with the computer screen about 5 to 6 inches in front of my face to see writing clearly, definitely shouldn't be like that. Was told they couldn't do anything today, I've had to book in with another optician in a couple of weeks to check my eyes once more and hopefully give me the correct prescription which will mean another trip after that to collect glasses. Today's visit was a waste of fuel and time. Do I have any confidence in Specsavers Bridgwater branch, the answer to that is no.

Good experience, had sight problems, they tested me thoroughly, wrote everything down for me and had me referred to the hospital for an operation I needed.
