As chemists go they are very good BUT they do have a problem in as much as they are reluctant to answer their phone.

Fantastic customer service. I popped in today because I thought I'd perforated my eardrum. Emma (pharmacy manager) explained to me that she could perform an ear exam for £20. She performed the ear exam straightcaway, using a little camera that took videos/photos of the inside of my ear which clearly showed the perforation.... read full comment

It's annoying they don't tell you they are closed between 1 and 2. I walked for 25 mins to get there only to be greeted by a message on the door saying they are closed between 1 and 2. I even checked their website to make sure they were open, no mention of being closed for lunch. All it says is the pharmacist takes a break... read full comment
