Usually go to pets at home in Weston super mare. Our spend is usually around £300 as we buy in bulk. Dropped by here as we were low on cat food (we have 5 cats)Upon realising we had no £1 coins for the trolley we went in to ask if we could possibly have a token. The young lad at the desk would not let us change a £2 coin for two £1 coins to use a trolley as it wasn?t company policy. Unlucky Bridgwater, you just lost £300 in trade. Terrible customer service. Won?t visit again.

Friendly staff, vets are good too.

Both my cats are registered in the vets upstairs and are always friendly staff.Normally end up buying things for my cats as I'm walking through the store, nearly bought them several scratching posts every time I go in due to wide selection of products for most regular pets and reasonable pricing for most products

Very happy with vets for pets Bridgwater.The reception staff are always accommodating and pleasant.Arthur has seen many vets overs the years and I've liked all of them.I absolutely love my dog and I simply wouldn't use a vets I didn't trust.

They have taken excellent care of our cat from very small kitten to nearly two years old. The staff are friendly, and helpful. He was neutered, and this procedure was carried out very well.

Easy and convenient but the ques are always long due to the lack of floor staff as usual.PAH make a fortune you would thing they would spend it on staff and not shareholders
