Had a fantastic experience in store today, the vet was very friendly and fast when registering and booking in our kittens. We then went to buy some supplies such as food, cat litter ect and was helped by a lady call Liv, she was exceptionally knowledgeable about offers and recommending products to us. She was extremely friendly and really engaging with us. Thank you for an excellent experience, will definitely be returning.

Such a positive experience at your bridgwater pets at home. I was assisted by Rob who was clearly busy but remained extremely polite, pleasant and patient. He gave me clear information and advice and could not have been more helpful. A brilliant attitude and customer care.
