Visited this store recently and was a very pleasant experience tidy with a wide range of items.Staff member maybe called (Lisa) had great service skills They didn?t have a dress in the size I wanted but she offered to order it and gave me other options she was fantastic.

Absolute let down ordered a shirt said i needed it straight away so they said it would be there next day paid my money followed by no shirt. Felt like they lied to me. After being such a loyal customer for many years. I will never use a next store again

I wouldn't normally leave a review for a clothing shop, but the staff here are incredibly sweet. The amount of clothing for men in generous and the selection is wide. Casual all the way up to suits. Really enjoy shopping here.

I ordered couple of things from them on 4th July. Estimated delivery time was 22nd August. Didn't receive it by that date so called them- answer was that it should be delivered in a week. When didn't receive it in a week called again- was told it will be with me by 7th September. Didn't receive. Called again- answer was that I should receive it by 12th September. On 15tf September called again and was offered to cancel my order as my items are not available. This is a joke! Will not buy from Next ever again and would not recommend to anyone!!!!
