Went there yesterday afternoon (mondaty)asked for help to move a current account to my account with Nationwide. I cannot praise the help that the young lady gave enough, she was brilliant.

Absolutely shocking. Waited 40 mins just to be seen next. Old lady comes in gets seen to 1st. Seems if ur old u get seen to as the younger generation gets ignored. Now getting close to an hour as I just got seen to. Why I can't book a time slot is beyond. Shame Halifax closed. Needles to say people came in and left while... read full comment
