My pharmacy didn?t have my medication in stock and I was on my way to Bridgwater for the weekend. After phoning around a few pharmacies, this one had my medication in stock and I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone who assured me they would have it ready for me. I came to pick it up and again had a positive and friendly service, it took them less than 5 minutes to make it up. Thank you.

Not open on Saturday's, now that's really helpful if it's the only day you have to collect a prescription.

If I could give no stars I would. Staff are rude abrupt.They are insensitive and unkind. It costs nothing to be polite and show a little kindness. Instead customers leave the pharmacy feeling like they are an inconvenience and worthless. Well done staff. I hope you read these reviews and take note and try a change in attitude. I recognise you may be stretched and busy but so are lots of other people and they don?t treat people the way you do. It?s unnecessary and unkind!!

coronation day open till 12 according to website but on arrival closed returned home checked again still said open till 12 now because of bank holiday monday i have to miss a days medication although website says open monday which i very much doubt

Awful place.Nobody answers phone. 1 person on the cash register who is also taking the prescriptions to pharmacist and finding the completed prescriptions.

All the staff are exceptionally polite. It is the busiest chemists in Bridgwater, but some how treat every customer with courtesy and respect.

At short notice we needed to have a COVID 19 test for travelling. Very helpful staff sorted it quickly and professionally.......? so different from the chaos at Highbridge Market Street and Pepperall Road?
