Had the Ultra HD wash. Everything was cleaned apart from the back! I am extremely disappointed with this as the other imo car washes are normally good. They need to improve on their pre wash as no time was spent cleaning by hand. Won?t be using imo in Bridgwater again. Wasted £12.

Worse car wash ever! £19 for simple wash, I asked the employees and he said that it?s not just simple wash but the product they use.
Foam still there on the car. Water drops everywhere on the car. I recommend washing car yourself as you will get better results than this. ??????????

Avoid. Used to be half decent, but prices keep going up and most of the staff (particularly younger ones) don't care enough to do a basic prep. They also run the machine quicker than they used to (even when no other cars queuing). These are photos just after (you can't tell straight away due to wetness as the drying stage is so rushed). Clean your own car or pay a valet for a professional job.

Used there pre paid machines ( not drive through) absolutely shocking, no foaming working, not enough pressure awful.

Used here today £11.00 diamond clean very disappointed as never cleaned the wheels or rear bumper staff to busy on there phones to have a look attitude problem
Bring back Phil and colin great at there job
Would say avoid using this place as dont get what you paying for yes took photos will up load if people wish to c them

I tried to use the Taunton wash your own car service but it?s unavailable, needed a car wash, so drove here instead.
Worked great, the option to spray with foam is quite slow to kick in but overall, the area is kept clean, never had an issue here, everything works as it should!

Worth five stars now that the old guy is back..when the youngsters were running it the pre wash service was terrible, wheels still dirty etc.

Always a good clean and not badly priced either also use there app and the staff are friendly and helpful
