I took the trouble to look up using the search feature and postcode to see if they had a particular item in stock only to arrive at the store and find out it was out of stock.Only to be offered the explanation that when it shows they are in stock they only mean that somewhere in the company there was one jar of what I was looking for.The female member of staff didn't have a badge on but seem to be the spokesman on behalf of the company.She came across as totally incredulous that I would expect their system to tell me if an item was in stock after I entered my postcode as requested.I might be getting on in years but her condescending attitude was insulting.Get a grip someone.

Just been in today feeling absolutely horrendous, doctor was as helpful as usual! Katelyn has been tremendous and recommend a fantastic product that worked almost straight way and the customer service was great, she was polite and filled with information.
