We thought we would do our holiday travel arrangements with an independent agent. Never again. We booked a TUI family holiday last October for August 2022. They were so helpful on the day we booked it and couldn?t do enough for us. After that, it went downhill. You could never get hold of them , the phones diverted to another shop (the shop never seem to be open )who couldn?t help when we needed to make a change as regards car parking at Bristol airport. We were also so disappointed with the car hire company they recommended?.we should have stuck with a large well known hire company. We?ll go back to using online booking.
