Just so rude. The staff, well one older lady with blonde hair I?ve had to deal with a couple of times now is so rude and condescending. The second time I left while she tried to back pedal on her abrupt manner. I?ve now moved to another bank and they were more than happy to help me with the savings I wanted to invest. Never again. There?s no excuse for rudeness, especially when you are employed FOR customer service!

This specific Halifax branch appears to have the most efficient, professional team I have ever encountered and experienced, excellent service!

I was told by telephone Halifax Advisor i must go to branch in person with photo ID. Halifax Staff had done an 1h 15 min battle to unlock my suspended login with success although long effort was huge and I highly recommend to You guys this very branch.dont like to go to branches to any bank as its always quite slow progress to explain the problem. this time i can tell- Halifax did very much to unlock and even conversation with helper became a pleasure.I understand-You had had some problems with staff in the past-possibly these time are over or You need to "ask gently" bit more to resolve Your problem.Thanks to Bridgwater/Somerset Halifax Advisor on 4-01-18 ( 2:10 PM - 3:10 PM) K.Regards.LUCAS/Highbridge

Was quite dismissive of me when I tried to open an account. Also one of the bosses was laying into another staffer giving their performance review by the counter, in full public earshot.
