My husband and I went in to H Samuel's today, it is our 25th wedding anniversary in October. I already have two sets of diamond rings from the shop which Paul helped us with.
Paul got the new set out for me to look at which obviously I loved, so he measured my finger and arranged for the new set to be delivered to the shop in a couple of days.
Paul is amazing I'm so glad that we have a Samuel's in the town because buying on-line is not the same especially with something as important as a 25th wedding anniversary.
Thankyou so much for your help and advice Paul you are fantastic at your job.

I took my daughter (9) to get her ears pierced, I was able to phone and book quickly in the morning and arrived within the hour. Janette was approachable and kind, she put my girlie at ease and got the job done swiftly but professionally.

Im 14, i came in to get my ear pierced. Which was pain-free, i then stood up to leave and Janette caught me as i was about to pass out. Sasha quickly got me a glass of water, while Janette got me comfortable on the floor. Both ladies were amazing and would definately be comnig back :-)

Always buying my jewellery there, can't afford real gold, so buying gold plated earrings , they are absolutely stunning quality, using them for years, always stays shiny, do not break. And if something have happened always there's a varranty option what saves you money and can even replace damaged item. Staff is always very kind. Most I like store manager, Paul. Always with smile, pays attention and gives time to decide e t c . The elderly lady sometimes does not feel welcoming. We bought our wedding bands there, we felt a bit rushed , wanted to try them on, that and the others, but did not got that service. Also lady with curly hair are always nice and gives the best service we can want.
To sum up, lovely place with lovely discounts
