“I hired a van to collect a motorbike. The price was fantastic and the service was perfect. I asked about an out of hours return as I only needed the van for a few hours and this was easily and willingly accommodated. Unlike many rental company's they took the time to go around the van with me and show me any marks and damage to agree to on the hire form. I even got lent a ratchet strap as I forgot mine so going above and beyond is really not something seen all too often. I can't recommend this hire company enough”

I placed a Click & Collect order today, but unfortunately it wasn’t ready due to a technical difficulty. We first called customer service, but they weren’t able to help us. When we then spoke to Magda, she was absolutely amazing. Despite being very busy, she was so kind, helpful and patient, and made sure we were looked after and got our order sorted. We had to wait for an hour, but we were happy to do so as we didn’t want to rush the staff, who were clearly struggling today. We really appreciate Magda’s effort, she has been working hard at that store for years now – she turned what was a stressful experience into a positive one. Please give her the recognition she truly deserves – we’re so happy with the service from her today!

“Great petrol station with all the facilities you need. Use them all the time and quite happy with the prices they offer compared to other Shell garages in the region. For everyone who complains about the parking charges, this is a petrol station, not a restaurant or rest area. In, out in 5 minutes or less. Only buy other stuff if there's no queue. Otherwise there are plenty of amenities in the town centre 5 minutes away.”
