We saw a flat to rent from this Agency and waited 2 weeks just for a video viewing to be send over to us and it never came but they was keeping us and telling that they will send the video just in case that no one else will take the flat as they had alot of applications (that's what they said) my husband tried to contact with Emma ( which seems to be the owner) twice and he wanted to find out why that video is taking that long to send, shall we wait for this video or shall we look to other flats (which we lost 3 already waiting for her email) and what we received from her was that my husband was rude and sarcastic on the talking when he called the office to find out what is going on. Funny is that she was being rude and not picking up the phone but telling to her staff (which they were helpful but nothing was in their hand) that she is busy and will call after (and she never did)We can't tell if she was being racist or she had 0 communication and customer service but what we can tell is that never ever again this Agency.

Had several dealings with Evans lately whilst looking for a ?forever home?. Yet to find the house but have been extremely impressed with the friendly service received even though on some occasions it was out of hours ?

I recently went through a tough time in my life in which I needed to branch out on my own as a single mum. I was so worried about getting a home for me and my children. I searched for months being let down, or homes that I felt would be good enough going to quickly. I found my current home through a search engine that brought me to Evans Estate agents. Helen and Ella have been amazing...I felt comfortable and welcomed on the viewing. And I genuinely can?t thank them enough for the support and care and consideration throughout my whole application. I am now in my happy home all settled and it?s down to them. And they are professional and responsive in all communication. I cannot emphasise how great they are. If you choose them to go with you will not be disappointed. Thank you again!
