I collected and subsequently returned a click and collect order. Both visits took at least 20 mins! Staff on my initial visit were helpful and friendly.However my return visit was awful. I have never been treated in such a rude and demeaning manner. The employee had no interest in customer service, she was nonchalant, disinterested and almost passive aggressive. This made what should have been an easy return transaction, unnecessarily difficult.If you are using click and collect, do make sure to have a printed invoice (apparently the email stating it is a receipt is not sufficient) or perhaps seek an alternate retailer that provides quick, helpful service and treats all customers with respect.

Got exactly what i needed. Polite friendly counter staff. Used web site before i went in to get the part numbers which helps the speedy process. You can order on the website, pay and then collect from the counter if you prefer. Doing both ways, you know they have stock before going there..

Waiting time to pick up an order is ridiculous, one staff uninterested, working as slowly as possible.When I was there last time waited more than 20 minutes, eventually gave up and went to Halfords.Instead of helping out the rest of the Euro car parts staff was out smoking by the delivery entrance.Prices are the same.

Collected my order via the most ignorant rude girl I've ever had the misfortune to meet. The front end of the company is trashed by such people. It is impossible to ever go there again.

Aloof, distant, uninterested staff. Long waiting time. Been in the shop many times, and every time I had to wait for a good 5 to 10 minutes until a member of staff came to serve me and the rest of the customers.
