I had booked what I thought was a free tire check at the autocentre but went there and they had no record of it, so they sent me to Halfords store. Despite being seemingly low staffed and them also not having record of my booking, she offered to do a free 10 point check as part of my membership package, which she did thoroughly and effectively. Her positive attitude and willingness to do more than she needed to do is worthy of praise and was appreciated.”
