My Mum was seen by a dispensing optician called Mr Farr-Cox.He was so condescending and rude to my Mum. We left feeling so out of sorts. Mom is a nervous patient and he made her feel worse. She will never attend this practice again as a result of his behaviour!

Marvelous service, very nice and friendly and knowledgeable and not rushed!! Don't feel like you're on a conveyor belt and that's what you get with others ??

I've used East Quay Vision a few years now and have just picked up my glasses with new lenses today.

We offer NHS and private sight tests, prescription spectacles and sunglasses, contact lenses, glaucoma monitoring services, contact lens solutions and dry eye products. We also run the NHS ACES clinic for acute eye problems which you can self refer to. Please ring us on 01278 440440 to book an appointment or for any queries.
We also run a weekly clinic with The Hearing Care Partnership. They offer free full hearing assessments, hearing aids and protection, aftercare and wax removal.
