Terrible service. Been twice the first time I had to leave as the assistant smelt so badly of garlic it made me feel ill.
The second time all the assistants were down stairs chatting and I had to go and find someone. Who tried to tell that the item I wanted was £200 more than the online price, they have a couldn't care less attitude. How they ever sale anything I will never know. I will never go there again.
I will go somewhere and get treated like a human being.

We came here today looking for a particular type of TV. The member of staff answered some pretty challenging questions from me with great patience. We were then left to chat it over and so decided to buy. Good service at the till and I was pleasantly surprised to be given batteries and a cleaning cloth foc. Excellent service overall and a very positive experience. Thank you.

We visited the Bridgwater store at around 330pm this afternoon (Sunday afternoon) to look at a new fridge/freezer, which my husband saw in store the other day and wanted to show me, we were there for around 5/10 minutes when we asked what the difference was between the fridge/freezer we were looking at and the one next to it as they were the same price, the chap we asked didn't know but took us to the till, was more concerned about selling us warranty and getting the item delivered tomorrow (more expensive) when we said Thursday, he asked his colleague, a lady to come over as we were price matching, we then asked her about the price difference, to which she didn't know, turned very rude and told us the shop is closing and walked off.
We buy a lot from currys which it keeps people in work and jobs, but this was the worst experience, we will now do an online order. More staff training and people skills are needed!

I recently visited the Store with a view to renewing my old Samsung television, which had served me very well for eleven years.
I had seen one that I liked on the Website and spoke with Kiera, with a view to having a demonstration and looking at the comparisons.
I explained to Kiera that I was not very technically minded, and what I wanted from the television.
She went on to explain the various features, options and benefits of the comparable sets, and demonstrated the one I was interested in.
After some time, I decided to proceed with the Order, based on what I had seen and the other options available at varying prices.
In addition to this, there was certainly no pushy sales pitch from Kiera.
I would like it noted, and fed back, that Kiera was patient, professional and explained things in a language that I could understand.
Well done Kiera.

Went into the carphone warehouse for myself and another. The guy there wasn?t really interested and helpful at all. When we?d decided, he said that he couldn?t do it as he was about to finish. Then 10 minutes later decided he would process the order. We couldn?t have the phones as they had to be ordered and he said that he would sort it out on the Wednesday, transfer both phones over, to the new ones. But when I went in for that, he just handed me the phones and said for me to do it!! Maybe he was enjoying himself too much to work, as he was larking around when I walked in. Normally I would have said something but I bit my tongue and left very annoyed by his attitude. If ever I?m choosing a new phone or laptop in the future, it wouldn?t be at the Bridgwater store. Maybe he needs some training or a career change!!!

Just thought that I would add a review about my experience at curry?s in Bridgwater. I bought two acer tablets from curry a few weeks ago and after I tried to set them up one of them just would not set up. I took them to curry?s in Bridgwater and a young chap called Reese hope that is spelt right tried to set it up. After a while he had no joy. There was no hesitation. He went and got a brand new one and set it up and gave it to me. Now that?s what I call customer service ? awsome. Well after a few days all my emails on my iPhone would not work. ?. Through a fault of my own. So I went down to curry?s again to ask for help and guess what a young lady I am gutted I did not get her name I?m sorry about that. Sorted it all out for me. I was really stressed out about it because I have got all my emails about future holidays on it. SO IF YOU NEED ANY ELECTRICAL ITEMS GO INTO CURRYS IN BRIDGWATER THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. A very pleased customer thanks again.

My laptop been damaged in transport or by curry?s store staff
Unable to collect my laptop on Monday after tex message informing me that my laptop is ready for collection . Drive to store and member off staff been lying to me and he said that my laptop doesn?t arrive jet and I need to wait for phone call from store.
Waiting for next 3 days and don?t get any calls or information from shop.
Decided to contact customer support and customer support informed me my laptop arrived Monday morning and is ready to be collect from local store.
Traveled back to store and member off staff been unable to find my laptop.After escalate my complaint to store Menager my laptop magically has been found under store counter.
Manager apologised and said that newer happened before
Asked member off staff can we check laptop to found if everything work as expected but laptop failed to power up and screen stay black.
Store manager informed me that he don?t know what to do and he be contacting me tomorrow morning about getting my laptop replaced or repaired

I bought a new iPhone 14 phone from curry, and it was the biggest mistake, a phone that doesn't work as it should, the commands are late, it keeps getting stuck, it's light in weight, it seems to be fake, don't buy a phone from curry!!
