Awful service today and was really shocked that the person that served me was the manager, no manners didn?t speak once to me when I asked for items, gentleman before me the same service , he asked for cream on his iced coffee, the drink was taken away cream was put on then slammed down on his tray no apologies, would think twice about going there again,

For me personally I wasn't keen on the coffee in comparison to other coffee shops locally, however the staff and customer service is fantastic here, and it was fairly quiet at 10:15 on a Thursday morning.Not bad for a chain.Parking: On street parking and a multi-story nearby but no dedicated parking for the store due to its location being pedestrian access.

Not sure if this is the correct one, but I visited Costa Coffee in the Homeward Pavilion in Clarks Village. I purchased my daughter and myself drinks, which were very good. I also needed a recommendation for a store where I might find socks and undergarments. Natalie was extremely kind and helpful, providing me not only with two recommendations, but the locations. The service was amazing. She also informed me that the toilets close before the stores close, since I told her my daughter and I walked there from Middlewick and hoped to use the facilities after the stores closed before we began our walk back. Natalie went above and beyond. The rest of the staff were also friendly, efficient, and provided excellent service. Please recognize Natalie for her kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you, Natalie!

First time visiting this particular Costa. The staff are very friendly. There was plenty of seating, and the toilet was clean and tidy.
