I'm getting fed up with this shop. It seems every time I'm in there there isn't enough staff. Long queues with one very slow aging women plodding along while the queue grows. Staff have no energy.

Customer service was appalling today. The checkout lady continued her conversation with a colleague without pausing - merely scanned my items which I paid having seem the total on the miniscreen. As I left, she continued her conversation regarding accommodation issues, ongoing for three years, apparently. (You know who you are?). No acknowledgment, no greeting/have a good day?manners cost nothing?

Handy shop with long opening hours. Car park next to shop with disabled parking spaces available too. Reasonable range of products slightly more expensive than larger supermarket prices however it is very convenient!

I have held off from writing a review for some time now but the level of customer service I receive from sue when I go into the shop is appalling and lets the rest of the staff down. She is rude and unprofessional. It?s unfortunate that this is my local shop and I do not feel comfortable to use it.

DO NOT PAY MONEY INTO YOUR BANK VIA THIS POST OFFICE!I paid 2.5k in cash into this post office, they had 2 members of staff count the cash to confirm the amount I was paying in, a week later they contacted the bank and told them they over paid me £650!! They had the bank take the funds without any significant evidence!Baring in mind they have to confirm the amount multiple times on their screen before releasing the money!I contacted them over the phone and they verbally abused me and refused to print me the receipt - came up with excuse after excuse as to why they couldn?t.Avoid doing this at all costs.

AVOID PUTTING MONEY INTO THE BANK VIA THIS POST OFFICE!!Paid in 2.5k in cash and they contacted my partners banks to say they over paid £650 Cause their tills were down money!!!Someone needs to investigate why their tills are short of money, clearly a member of staff is getting a bit greedy stealing from the tills and blaming members of the public.

The 2 staff members I encountered acted like customers were a total inconvenience to them, one was totally incompetent and I had to tell them how to give me a refund! Which apparently was again a big inconvenience. She refused to refund me on my card which I originally paid with and gave me cash instead hopefully she can remember to explain why the tills out at the end of the day!

Im a big fan of the Co-op and have used their local shops where ever i have been living. Their Woolavington shop continues the tradition with excellent staff, great customer service and prices - and the best thing is they are always open when other shops , including large supermarkets, are closed.
