Since when did staff not pack your bags when they ask you if you would like one, the member of staff Christal seemed sincere as she could see I was struggling with my 2 year old, she offered a bag which I said yes please, for her to just throw it at me for me to pack when she could clearly see I had my little one with me who was kicking off and could most likely see the pure panic in my face also as he was trying to escape the shop. But no she continued to plod along on the till like she had all the time in the world watching me try hold my little one who's trying to escape my arms whilst pack myself. Absolutely shocking customer service and I know for a fact none of the other staff members would do that. She also had a huge Que which made me just want to curl up in a ball, and she didn't even attempt to call for help. I know she's been there a long time and properly lost the love for her job but come on have a little bit of compassion for your loyal customers when you can see them struggling. I defiantly will be avoiding the place when she's on shift

Came here last night (23/11/2024) at 21:54 (I know it was close to the closing time, which I would usually avoid as I understand it?s frustrating for staff) and the woman in store had already closed and locked the doors. I only needed one item, I would have been in and out within less than 2 minutes. The woman saw me at the door and then went and hid down an isle as if I hadn?t already seen her. Really frustrating. If your closing time is 10PM then that means 10PM not 21:54!!

Closes early without warning often. Overpriced to the point the cost of fuel for travelling to a supermarket is often well worth taking into consideration. Parking here is very strict, many have been fined for trivial reasons.

In Google Map and on the gate of their store, it is written that this store will be closed at 10:00 PM, but now after walking 20 minutes in this rain we are here at 9:50 PM and the gate is closed, I don't know what to say, this is really not a good.

I had a consistent negative experiences with a staff member who is a lady with short blonde hair and wears glasses. Her behaviour towards me has been marked by racism, unhelpfulness, and offensive remarks. This is not an isolated incident, as I have encountered similar rudeness from her on previous occasions.
It is disheartening to feel unwelcome as a customer due to the conduct of this particular staff member as other staff were always friendly unlike her. I hope the store management addresses this issue promptly to ensure a more positive and respectful environment for all customers despite their races and backgrounds.

It?s a good shop but you need to update when your open on a Sunday as went there before 6 and you was shut and it says online open 7-10 every day plz update it

Disabled parking outside this Cooperative Store is a Joke. Bays are always full with cars with no-one displaying badges and is used by parents picking their kids up from school. That is not what these bays are for. I have seen several people displaying badges unable to park at the store so they tend to give up and go elsewhere. Who ever is in charge of the parking needs to reinforce the regulations.

This could be such a great local shop but constant problems with stock. Not sure what the problem is as other co-operatives in the local area do not seem to have the same problems.

Not sure how to put this but yesterday morning I was shocked to see 3 of you ladies I think their names were, Karen, Colette and I?m sure they called the other one Jez all working very close to each other, no regards to social distance to see on one of their badges duty manager I was shocked that 3 of them were doing the job of one and leaving one person on the till. I?m guessing the manager was not in I?m sure they would not have done that if they were.

Please can you request the car park management visit more often. On the last 3 visits to the store the disabled parking spaces have all been occupied by cars not displaying blue badges !!
