It always looks like a rubbish tip. Litter everywhere, smashed TV's, mouldy duvets, homeless junkie set up in a corner. Random things like metal barriers and overflowing skips appear in the car park and never seem to leave. And no matter how many times you complain, it never gets better. As for the company itself, the recent, embarrassing, pathetic debacle with the hack and no delivery's of fresh produce, I don't know why anyone would bother.

When you have to queue for your shopping with only 1 person at the checkout is appalling. Plenty of staff milling around but nobody willing to assist. Won?t be going there anytime soon!

Been to this store several times found the staff very rude and unhelpful. I will not Will be returning there again. Reading the reviews here seems like I'm not the only one.

Lots of very short dated food products in store that should have been reduced significantly(I should know as I specifically purchased these items at full Coop prices to find the products purchased in January 2022 tasted stale ie the Peanut Butter Lara bars and chocolate-honey spread to name two with both February 2022 dates). Not the first time and therefore won't be the last, no doubt. It's not just confined to the Coop, either as other supermarkets in Bridgwater have the same issues ie Sainsbury's and Aldi too. Question is, can't employees adhere to simple Stock Rotation precedures anymore? It's not rocket science. Very slack. Lesson here is always a good day to check dates, convenience store or not.It only has come to my attention today(19th January 2022) that one of the packs of Tilda Wholegrain Brown Basmati Rice packs is out of date that was purchased from this store in January 2022 bbe Oct 2021???
