Not happy at all I took and old Xbox 360 over to be told on the first visit it turns on and the disc tray opens leave it with us to run some test, I went back a week later to be told the Xbox doesn?t turn on at all to then come home and try it to find it comes on and work perfectly fine if you don?t want it please be honest instead of telling me it doesn?t work. I won?t be returning and I?d advise others to be careful

The staff members are absolute legends! Bought faulty earbuds in another CEX store where staff actually refused to accept the return because they didn?t found fault during the test. Brought it to this store and one of the staff members found the problem in minutes and accepted the return. That?s a honest work! Well done, well done!

2 different prices for the same item within minutes because of 2 different staff members.
Admitted they don't follow their own guidance. Perfect example fo why this industry needs much firmer regulating! I'm lucky I'm in a position to walk away. Many others wouldn't be able to. Literally there to take advantage. Be very careful! Refused to give their names to make a formal complaint and refused to provide a copy of terms and conditions.
