I took my car here to got my arm bar change to brand New ones they charge me pounds 250. They haven't tight the wheel boltss properly all 4 bolts were loss cuz of these guys mistakes my mot is faild and to sort the wheel I had to spend my more money this garage is waste of time. If they are taking huge amount they should get the job done properly if they can't do it they have to shut the place down . It would have be very risky for my life driveing the car without knowing my bolts was loose very dangerous....Following my discussion with the owner this morning (10/03/25) you have found the record of my car and the work they carried work out on 04/02/25. My car has not been touched or worked on by anyone since it was in your garage on 04/02/25 and I do not appreciate you saying that someone else has loosened the wheel bolts, leaving my car dangerous to drive putting the lives of me and my partner at risk as well as other road users. This is quite frankly not acceptable and you should be ashamed.

Bought a car from Byron Wynn Autos and the service was brilliant. Really helpful, friendly and professional. Had a couple of small queries a week later and they were resolved with nothing too much trouble. Would definitely go back again.

After reading reviews and responses from owner apparently costumers service is serious to this garage!! Complete lies!! My father was assaulted on these premises today the garage took money and did not fix the problem to the car, my father asked for his money back as no work had been done but he was told to leave he was pushed out the door to the floor and assaulted by 4 men that were working in the garage. Police have been informed.Stay away from this garage absolutely disgusting should be ashamed of yourselves as for the receptionist ( If you can call her that)! go get a night job stacking shelves where you don?t need costumer skills.AVOIDCould not add review without giving at least one star ! No stars should be an option

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.My friend was assulted by 4 guys there when he asked for his money back because they charged him for a job they didn't even do. Shocking. Don't even deserve 1 star.

Used this garage for 5 years. Booked a mot. Told them work needed doing was told they could squeeze it in. Turned up on the day then be told can?t do what it fails on. Receptionist wasn?t helpful at all. Was told 3 month back log. When it failed was not impressed after being told when it was booked they could do what it fails on. Had to take to another garage won?t be returning.

The car we purchased from this garage didn't even last 3 months. The after sales is terrible, after waiting 3 weeks for the work to be done, I had to insist on having my money back.. I lost 3 weeks work.. Would not recommend them and certainly wouldn't buy from them again... A very disappointing experience.
