On the 19th of October the disabled toilet was in a dreadful condition. The sign inside the door said it had not been cleaned since the middle of March, picture attached.
The feces in the toilet bowl suggested that might be right. Picture attached.
The trip hazard inside the door also suggested that it might be right. Picture attached.
The fact that the tap was running and wouldn't turn off suggested it might be right. Picture attached.
The fact that the hand dryer is inoperable might also suggest that it's not being checked since the middle of March. Picture attached.
The member of staff I reported it to only one answer that the leaking tap had been reported to head office and they were still waiting for a reply. This suggests that head office is happy that the disabled toilet has not been checked.
Apparently nobody from head office has checked it either.

Big sign saying open 24/7 so why are the doors locked when I went there at 1030pm didn't want fuel... Did want food... Didn't know what I fancied apparently it was f all..

In this heat and weather they have a slushy machine which is either never on or broke.... In 6 weeks seen it working once.... Think this is disgusting

Popped in for a quick snack and toilet break. There is a subway and greggs located here as well as a large budgens outlet. Plenty of choice. Free parking for 90 mins, fuel, toilets, dine in or take away. The loos were out of order but the staff kindly let me use facilities as he saw I was desperate.. Thank you it was much appreciated ?

Today I had gone to the store to initiate a return for a product that I bought on amazon, the lady at the till (wearing glasses) was really rude to me. She asked me for my surname - and I said it out, her reply was "she cannot deal with this" and gave me the device (in a harsh manner) to enter my surname. I am very upset regarding her behavior towards me. The next person who came by, she was speaking in good manner. Maybe because I am a non-UK national *really rude*

Primarily it's a fuel station, but it also has a small shop like you used to find on a corner of a terrace of housing. There is also a Subway and a Greggs in-store.

Disgraceful service station. Would give 0* if possible.Use an exploitative company to rip off customers who stay even a minute too long. Recieved £100 fine for stopping to fill up, buy a sausage roll, eat it in the car and then return a phone call before going on my way.Utterly shameful, please avoid: show the proprietors with your feet (wheels) that this sort of 'parking management' isn't acceptable.

Used to work there. Next door management in budgens we?re horrible and judgemental. Everyone who used to work in subway has left. new staff are rude, don?t know how to do their jobs. Managers are horrible and picky. Don?t eat here, don?t work there. You will not be welcome or cared for :)

AVOID AT ALL COST!!After having a blow out on the motorway, I managed to get the car safely off the motorway by following the signs to a 'service' which turned out to be this budgets. I pulled up to put air in the tyre but the tyre was completely blown. With torrential rain and a blown tyre I had to wait for the RAC which was up to 3 hours. I tried to take the tyre off but unfortunately this was not possible. Thankfully, a kind man who happened to be a breakdown mechanic helped me and I was on my way.Later on I received a SIXTY POUND FINE as I was parked for over 30 minutes. I even went to explain to a member of staff my situation and no time limit was ever mentioned. I was APPALLED by this, as I was only trying to get my car to safe place off the motorway to put air into my tyre, so I contested it. My appeal was completely ignored and non of the points I raised were responded too. I just hope that the kind young man, who took time out of his day didn't receive the same FINE. Although knowing this money making scheme he probably did!Put it this way. If you go to the Budgens, become a paying customer and then your car won't start. YOU WILL BE CHARGED £60, OR EVEN £100 FOR IT. It is not worth the risk!

Received a parking charge notice despite being a genuine customer and alleged overstay being beyond my control due to faulty car wash Please be aware if you stop at this service station that any stay over 30 minutes will get you a fine - outrageous.
