Don?t think main dealer, think second hand car showroom with a ford garage bolted on. Average to poor communication over the lack of spares to complete a warranty repair (vehicle off road for 6 weeks)

Good service although waiting area is poor. No coffee facilities or mags to read whilst your waiting. Dead bored for an hour.!
