have been trying to call the pharmacy team all day to to ask for advice regarding my prescription. No answer, and this isn't the first time. I've been instore plenty of times and they're not even that busy in there.

The woman pharmacist at boots Bridgwater was rude and unhelpful. I asked for advice for my young baby and was greeted with eye rolling and bad attitude. STAY AWAY.
Gentleman behind the counter was lovely though.

This is a Thank You to the pharmacist at Boots who was very helpful last week. I took my son in to get advice for an itchy rash on his hand. The Pharmacist listened, looked at his hand an recommended the right treatment. His rash has now completely cleared up by following the instructions given

It is very dangerous when pharmacists show no concern or remorse for the delays that they themselves have contributed to. How? By not having clear communication with clients and of course, by not apologising for their own mistakes. In my opinion, it has probably breached duty of care. I can't imagine how many clients may have suffered from those delays which the pharmacy allows to go unexplained.

I went into Boots at Bridgwater today and the No.7 assistant was very rude and unapproachable. Not very professional at all.

I needed some vitamins and could not find them on the shelf. I asked an assistant for help and she went upstairs to check in the store room. I came down with my vitamins and a few extra pots to fill the shelf. Thank you kind assistant.

Absolutely useless and very rude and unhelpful staff Tuesday 17th eye drops prescription?.ready tomorrow Tomorrow never comes in and out of Bridgwater trying to park Wednesday Thursday friday and no doubt Saturday Monday next week. Worst and rudest service (make that non service) I think I?ve ever come accross and I have no eye drops

Usual Boots supplies. Well stocked store. Lots of baby supplies. Not many staff around on a Sunday but managed to find what I needed.
