If I could leave a zero rating I would, absolutely disgusting from asda, £55 worth of shopping ordered on a Tuesday for a friday delivery for convenience as I had to collect my 2 year old daughter, it is now Saturday morning 08.10am and still no delivery, after calling the main office, ive had numerous different excuses. Absolutely horrendous behaviour and service, and all the call agents aren't even English. Thats not me being racist but honestly, let me talk to someone who I can understand.

I placed a Click & Collect order today, but unfortunately it wasn?t ready due to a technical difficulty. We first called customer service, but they weren?t able to help us. When we then spoke to Magda, she was absolutely amazing. Despite being very busy, she was so kind, helpful and patient, and made sure we were looked after and got our order sorted. We had to wait for an hour, but we were happy to do so as we didn?t want to rush the staff, who were clearly struggling today. We really appreciate Magda?s effort, she has been working hard at that store for years now ? she turned what was a stressful experience into a positive one. Please give her the recognition she truly deserves ? we?re so happy with the service from her today!

The pharmacy staff and the pharmacist have been amazing. I was given coffee and chocolate while waiting for the gp to send a prescription through. Very friendly and professional. Thank you!

Staff. We're so so helpful only downstairs point I could critique only 1 person on the proper tills too many self serve not everyone is suited to the self serve . Although we struggled lots of members of staff were at the ready to help ?

It's a decent place to get clothes and food but some of the staff need a head check as people do not go shopping to hear staff talking like school girls bitching about others or standing around doing nothing. If there isn't enough jobs for these people please find them jobs filling shelves or dismantling boxes for recycling as this would be more beneficial than bitching or standing doing nothing.1 member of staff at tills enjoys having a full convo with customers instead of serving,last time shopped there shelves were ridiculous empty and staff nowhere to be seen unless count the ones chinwagging.we walked away from a full trolley because stood for 30-40mins with line not decreasing because staff would rather chat shit instead of the job they were hired to do.Lidl and morrisons is more pleasant now adays than Asda and that says everything.

Really dirty terrible staff on self checkouts just stand around talking. Customers definitely do not come first wait for ages if you need help. Would not recommend worse Asda I have ever been to. Avoid if you can
