Lovely food and service. Helen was very accommodating. I wish I'd picked up a little salt for my rice, but honestly the rest was so tasty it didn't matter. Thank you for cheering us up on a long journey!

Was served by a lovely chap called Tommy on Friday evening on my way to Devon and had an exceptional meal and friendly service. Would stop here again just for the noodles.

Very poor vegetarian options and slow service. Also very poor labelling making it hard to understand allergens and what was vegatrians or vegan. Wanted spring rolls instead of pumpkin things (they aren't nice taste very greasy) and got told had to pay extra for them. Other motorway services chopsrix far better.
Small portions too! Shame noodles and curry sauce very nice

Really awful food. Paid £25 for two rice dishes and some chicken balls. The chicken is such low quality and the teriyaki sauce was just salty goop. I could barely finish it. Should have just gone to McDonald's.

Dreadful Experience Bad Customer Service Called in on long journey home to the north, only Burger King was open, The lady in WHSmith was rude and unhelpful Will advise anyone never to call there unless desperate

The Thai green curry gave me the most painful stomach, but my wife was much worse, she had severe diarrhoea and vomiting after heated sweet chilli teriyaki. We watched as the young lad added cold water to all the different currys on display, which means the food is permanently being reheated, probably not the lads fault and more than likely lack of training, nevertheless it totally spoiled our weekend in Cornwall

So my first review of 2020, and a new decade. Here we go. Sedgemore services Southbound in M5...on NYE 2019 called in, it was VERY quiet, only McDonalds and WHSmith were open, everything else was closed. Facilities were still clean. All good.

No problems at all here. Got all the food and drinks I wanted, despite being very busy, at what for a service area were reasonable prices. Parking fine, as were the toilets.

Stopped in Costa there today and purchased a tea cake and bacon roll. Both overpriced for what it was. Bacon roll looked and tasted like it had been under the hot plate all day. Not worth the money. Wonâ??t be calling again.
