The room was amazing and massive. The bed was so comfortable. The bath and shower were excellent. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Couldn't ask for anymore.

Stopped here for lunch while out 'Wallace & Gromit' hunting. Very good food at a great value price. Beer was spot on too. Landlord was very welcoming, hope to return one day ?

On holiday in Blagdon may 2025. Ate here 3 times, food was delicious, all home cooked, no frozen chips, real hand cut chips. Great veggie options. Dog friendly. Friendly staff, great service. It's just you want from a local pub.

This delightful B&B is nestled at the base of the Mendip hills overlooking Blagdon lake. The perfect hop off point for Cheddar, Wells, Glastonbury and the beautiful Mendips. Craig, the host, was more than helpful and accommodating. It is always a pleasure to stay in this comfortable pub.

Very nice room and decent facilities. Lovely location. Only shame was that the pub was shut despite it being advertised as open on the website and the opening times on the door, as would loved to have enjoyed a pint after a long drive. ?

Great little stop over before our holiday began.. its 12 min drive to the airport ?.. the room was spacious, clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful ??

Stopped for 2 nights as my partner had a wedding to attend nearby. The room was large, and the beds were massive! The pub serves food. The meal we tried was typical pub grub; no nonsense and hearty. The owners were friendly and accommodating. This is a handy place to stay if you're attending a wedding, flying to and from the airport or just want to explore the area.
