I was refused a drink in the Lethbridge Arms, Bishops Lydeard last week as I previously put a message on their Facebook page stating my disgust at being asked to pay £3.70 for half a pint of Moretti Lager when a pint was £6.05. The bar staff who served me that night told me they were having numerous complaints about pricing. Apparently the manageress/owner cannot take constructive criticism which I feel says more about the management than me. Since I posted this many people have come forward and said the manager is known to be very difficult, which apparently is an understatement, beware !!!

We recently stayed in one of the rental rooms at The Lethbridge Arms, and were impressed with helpfulness and hospitality of staff. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend if staying in the area!

We had a lovely meal at the Lethbridge. This is a traditional English pub with large dining area and a tie menu, which is quite unusual but very welcome and also seemingly quite popular with locals and visitors. The food is very good quality. They also have a takeaway option. The staff were friendly, if slightly confused. They initially served food intended for a different table to our table and then there was some confusion whilst they sorted that out. Everyone remained cheerful and the overall experience was very positive.

As a party of 7 people were very pleased with the quality and the standard of the food , there is absolutely no complaints as each person enjoyed their choices but I have to say that the landlady?s approach and treatment towards our party once the time exceeded their 10 o?clock closing time boarded on rude & unprofessional , as we travelled to the Lethbridge via Taxis we were made to feel totally unwelcome whilst we waited for our Taxis to pick us up , this absolutely spoilt and tainted my opinion of this restaurant, well done to the chief but I recommend the Landlady takes a course in custom relations and finds a personality

Stopped here after getting off steam train, the staff were friendly and the Thai food was awesome, better than the normal chain pub food you get. Highly recommend this pub.
