Nice food, good beer, friendly and helpful staff. Bit of a nightmare to get to unless you are driving, which is awkward for a pub. Very pricey. Overall, somewhere I like to go occasionally but couldn't afford for this to be my local

Delicious Sunday roasts, really good portion size with a nice variability of veg. We ordered a coffee for after but unfortunately it got forgotten about.
Otherwise the service was really friendly and the food came out quickly

An accidental find but what a find! Great pub with indoor& outdoor seating. Pizzas were awesome and a delicious Sunday roast too. Plemty of parking available just look around

Lovely pub. Great menu. Service excellent. We stayed in Holcombe rogus but looked about for a nice pub as the one in the village is shut. This was our choice on appearance and menu and it didn't disappoint.

The thick walls of this old thatched inn reflect it's history and age. The Old fireplace is still there and the internal seating has been extended into the upper and lower original dwelling rooms of previous landlords/landladies. Plenty of seating inside and out, and with a speciality food area also outside. Nice beers and food, but not so easy to find down a short lane off the main road. Friendly local owners.
