Would highly recommended.......Had a problem with my car so took it to my local garage that advised me that it was an ECU fault.. they didn't want anything to do with it. So I got in contact with Ecutech who was extremely helpful and professional he got my ECU cloned and helped me with the next step forward. He advised me to get the wiring loom looked into which I did and found that one of the wires was corroded.Thanks very much for your helpWould highly recommended.......

I sent my ECU from the U.S. for repair after similar repair shops said my ECU couldn't be repaired. Chris brought it back to live and was able to download the data from all three chips. He also located a replacement ECU for a much better price than was available in the U.S. and cloned my ECU data to the replacement ECU. Thanks Chris for helping me keep my E320 CDI on the road!

Well, here it is! I rarely feel compelled to write reviews (haven't the time) but this is the least I can do. What a bloke, a real legend. I do a lot of my own work on cars but when my other half's car stared intermittently starting and I'd realised I was out of options, I THOUGHT and was told, by various garages, that Hyundai were my only option......the dark clouds gathered! CONTEXT: They could only allocate one day over the next month, no courtesy car, I was working flat out and my partner has our two kids (both under 3). It was quoted £125 to diagnose and not necessarily to fix on the same day and this dealership was 30 miles away!!!! Last number I called was to Ecutech and Chris came out on a Sunday. I tried to stay upbeat but, as with all electronic issues, I was bracing myself for some bad news. As I understand it, after one hour and two cups of tea, the issue was located as a poor connection between two wires connecting the Pcb and the Bcb?? Apparently, the resistance was supposed to be 60 ohms and ours was fluctuating between 40 and 70, thus indicating a possible attempted break in to the cars security system and immobilising the car. He simply 'nipped up the contacts' and here we are! LEGEND-I'd have NEVER found that. Heed this advice, exhaust options such as Ecutech before you go to the dealership. Total cost £120. I said I'd let him know how we got on once we got on the boat two weeks later, on holiday. I therefore write this on the ferry, gratefully, with the car we'd booked the tickets with! From the moment I pulled my ECU from a puddle of water under the windscreen after complete electrical failure, I never imagined that the process to get the car working again could be so straight forward. Ecutech bench tested my ECU and gave very honest advice. It was going to be cheaper for me to get a good second hand ECU and Clone my original, due to the damage the water had done. I was kept up to date through the whole process, with messages and photographs.I collected the cloned ECU this afternoon, and after testing the resistance of the injectors (more good advice they gave me!)I connected the said part. I had some serious issues with my bmw series 1 120d ecu and shorted wires.. Ecutech managed to clone my ecu with no problems at all after being told it was impossible by another local ecu professional!.. I refitted my vehicle and Ecutech talked me through the coding requirements to get me bk on the road. Absolutely amazing service and after care!..
