Great little place , very friendly staff . We popped in on the way back from racing around castle Combes race track . The staff were very accommodating , plenty of free parking . Food was delicious . Toilets were spotless . We had starters , mains , desserts & a drink each . It came to £75 and we tipped £5 so £80 . Not bad at all for the service & quality of food you get .

Arrived unexpectedly today in 40° heat. The restaurant had no air conditioning and we sweltered whilst waiting for service. We really only wanted sandwiches, but they are not served on a Saturday. I had to sit in our vehicle as it was too hot elsewhere. The issue was short staffing which led to our experience being very disappointing. A shame. This place has potential.

The wife and I went here for lunch and were very pleased with the service and food. We are now planning to go of an evening to have a nice meal.

This is a wonderful local spot if you?re looking for a small town vibe. Friendly staff and good food. Mia was our server and they were quite funny and kind, as well as a quality server and bartender. If we were in the area again we would definitely return!

food has gone down hill. During the week I visited and had a precooked microwave meal. New chef I guess. I did eat here a lot. Shame, not going to anymore.

What a delightful pub for a Sunday carvery. We've driven past this pub regularly for about 8 years and today decided to stop on the off chance of some food. The blonde, slim, tall young lady who served us was brilliant. Very attentive and pleasant. The food was very good and it was an all round very nice pub experience. Will visit again soon.

Went to The Bell a few days ago to celebrate a friend?s early 60th Birthday. The staff were fantastic, they put up a banner & added some balloons to the 1 we brought ourselves. The food was delicious, the atmosphere friendly & cozy, the staff very helpful & professional. Would definitely recommend
